Structural Engineer
I am a Structural Engineer with 20 years of experience in designing Reinforced Concrete and Steel buildings. I have worked in Structural Design consultancies for over 12 years having risen from the ranks of a junior structural designer to head a Structural Design team, handling multiple projects, overseeing design/drawing deliveries, site coordination and client meets. My design experience covers across all types of buildings such as Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Steel Industrial facilities. I am passionate about teaching and have been teaching in an Engineering College since the last 8 years. I have taught Structural Engineering subjects viz., Strength of Materials, Structural Analysis, Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures, Design of Steel Structures, Advanced Reinforced Concrete Structures and Prestressed Concrete Structures. I have coached more than 1000 Civil Engineers in designing RCC buildings manually and using STAADpro software as well. I also coach for Competitive examinations such as GATE, ESE and other State level Public Service Commission exams.
